The Keeper 14 ft. Extreme Edge Ratchet Tie-Down 1-1/4 in. Hi-Test webbing to secure cargo and absorb shock during transportation. It is constructed with a steel ratchet buckle, black molded grip handle and vinyl-coated double J-hooks.
