The K2 Pumps 1/4 HP "Duo 2-in-1" Utility Pump is the only one of its kind. The innovative design allows the pump to be used as both a Submersible Utility Pump and a Non-submersible Transfer Pump. Includes a suction hose and suction strainer for non-submersible transfer pump applications. The water-cooled, oil-free motor is safe to use around fish and plants. Submersible Utility pump: drain water from hot tubs, stock tanks, flooded basements, water gardens, flat roofs, pool covers and window wells. The bottom suction design filters debris and removes water down to 1/2". Non-submersible Transfer Pump: drains water from boats, waterbeds, clogged sinks, aquariums, water heaters, washing machines and utility sinks. With the suction strainer, the pump will remove water down to 1/16" .
