The Keeper 14 ft. Side-Loading Ratchet Tie-Down features an abrasion-resistant 1.25 in. Hi-Test webbing to secure cargo and absorb shock during transportation. It is constructed with a steel ratchet handle and vinyl-covered double J-hooks. To engage attach the hook to an anchor point. Release the trigger to open the ratchet handle side gate then insert strap sideways onto the spool. Close the gate and pull release trigger towards the handle then ratchet to lock the cargo into place.
